About WellSpring
I am a professionally trained, certified spiritual director as well as a licensed psychologist. With training in both disciplines, I bring a unique blend of skills and experience to the listening process. I have training in Jungian Depth Psychology, including dream tending, which can be a valuable resource to the spiritual direction process, for those so inclined.
Being grounded in my own Christian faith and contemplative spirituality I consider the spiritual journey of others to be very sacred ground. Listening is a process of discernment and is always done in the context of faith in someone greater than oneself, regardless of one's spirituality or faith affiliation.
